4. in the event of no one being at home, every genuine efforts shall be made for re-delivery. in case non-delivery the goods will be refunds to the manufature unit/ dealer / distributors. the customer will be informed.

 

5. all dispute realting to purchase made online an seller’s mattress, shall be subject to the juridiction of the court of kalol juridiction only.

 

6. Sellers mattress reserve the right to add delete or modify these terms and conditions at any time, publication website therefore shall be notice.the customer is therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions each time he/she uses the shopping services of seller mattress.

 

7. product(colour,design,size,etc) pictures photos shows on website are only indiactive.actual product may not resemble with the shown pics. customer will be responsible for choosing the currect size of the mattress. any query / request will not be entertained(only limited to) for the refund of the money(Partial or fully) and/or replacement of product and/or cancellation of order and/or change of product for any reason, in above cases whatsover..

 

8. The suctomer represnt that he/she has completed 18 years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 

9. Seller’s mattress is manufacturing and unit of metline mattress & Fiber.

 

10. If you cancel or return the product you will have to return Pillow (if you purchased with combo in discount prize) along with the Free protector.

1. Normal softening / sagging that is less than one(1) inch.

 

2. Damage of mattress due to misuse and abuse.

 

3. Fabric and foam staining, soiling fluid presentation, ters or burns.

 

4. Use of mattress on bed base that was structurally nit capable of handling the mattress.

 

5. Zipper & Mattress cover if any

 

6. Un-authorized services during the warranty period.

 

7. Products shipped outside of the india are not eligible for return.

1. Products must be in denotable conditions to be eligible for return(Eg, No staign, tears or other soiling including odors.)

 

2. Mattress shrinkage, deformity or safgging of more than one(1) inch.

 

3. Undulations on the mattress surface or splits in the foam material.
